You cannot unless you mod, BUT! i know a secret way to do it without modding, All you have to do is turn on your xbox/ps3/etc and what you want to do is load the game, once in game open phone, While the phone is in dialing mode you want to take your middle finger (Being the longest finger) And insert it as far as you can into your anus, if you feel a curve to the right when you have gone knuckle deep your on the right path, Just keep going until your whole finger is gone. Once your finger is gone dial in the phone "IfInGeredMyselF" If you don't correctly insert your middle finger fully into your anus the cheat will detect and not work correctly, After you dialed the code you remove your finger from your anus, Lick the finger clean and press dial on the phone. -works 9/10 times!
