They are many forms of Bows and Arrows upon Runescape but the generally speaking you need to be a member, simply go too runescape website then click "Upgrade Now" it doesn't cost alot and I recommend getting it if you are a dedicated player.

To make a Bow you need 3 things; 1) A Log (Log, Oak Log, Willow Log, Yew Log, Magic Log, etc) 2) A Bow String 3) A Knife All you do is get any Log, depending on your Fletching Level (Skill used to make different and higher bows) So.. Once you have all the above; Simply Use your Log with your Knife and choose which bow you would like to make (Will be "Yew Longbow(u)" or "Yew Shortbow (u) this meants you will need a Bow String to Fletch it into a Proper Working Bow. The ones you can Wield, Simply Use the "Bow String" on the "_____ Long/Short Bow(u)" and it will make 1 bow.

You will have to smith Unfinished Bolts using the Smithing Skill, each bar used provides 10 unfinished bolts. You can then finish these by attaching feathers to the bolts using the Fletching Skill.

get a stick or something bendy if it's a shatter proof ruler get the elastic and snap it and tie one end in the hole on the ends and the ruler should bend and there you have it (if it doesn't have holes then your stuffed)
