well if its for the best then you need to break up with them , its only fair to you and the other perosn , the other person may not want to break up but if you feel that its not working out then you need to do it , sit dont with your partner and discuss why you want to break up with her/him. They are most likely to cry but this is just natural you need to be their for each other it will be hard , but if the other person becomes obsessive try your best to ignore them this will help them get over you .
