you cant. you can create a liquid that produces light, but because "light" is the photons from an object entering your eye, to create this liquid light ie liquid photons, the photons wouldnt leave the liquid and thus enter your eye.
To be a liquid, the gold will have to be hot enough to be molten. When in that state the substance will be hot enough to give off visible light, and the colour of that light will depend on how hot the liquid is.

If you are talking about the brand of drink, Crystal Light is a solid (as a powder), and a liquid (when it is dissolved into water to make the drink). If you are talking about light reflecting from a crystal, light is energy, not matter.
Most any liquid will distort light rays and make objects seen through the liquid as distorted. When you see the part of the rock through the liquid and part of it through the air, it will indeed look bent.
