Stack up toilet rolls and tape them together. For the minaret you can make a ball with a point out of plastiine and glue/tape the entire thing togwther. Thenyou could it with paper mache and paint on the details

Take 5 small pastel sheets. round it off with another another sizes. Have a favicol mixture with water. take some tissue paper and apply fevicol on it and paste on rolled sheets . wait for sometime till the rolled paper dry. for the space between the qutub minar rolled sheet have a news paper roll and then paste on the spaces between them .. then apply same with the roll also. then paint it off. with yellowish colour.

Take five water pipes of different size.put them one upon other according to their size .bigger one on base.use round cut card boards for stick each with one another.
