You go to the big building below it (Where the row boats are) and go in and talk to the man inside at the table staraight ahead. After your done, head back to the museum. Go upstairs and battle your Pokemon against the Two team Aqua dudes there. Have a Super Potion or two- just in case because you battle both two times in a row not A double battle. Go outside look around town And, there should be no more Team Aqua for slateport! If you have anymore quetions ask me because my profile is Kyogre286 ok?
