There are only two main things that make makeup look natural

the first is color: use colors in your makeup that are only one or two shades darker than your natural color

The second is the amount. Don't use too much makeup

Keep in mind that when you wear products such as eyeliner, it is obvious that it is not natural

If you want makeup to look natural, then stick to foundation just to even out your skin tone and reduce the look of red patches

Not overdoing it is the key to natural, yet radiant makeup. Here's how I'd do it:
First, I would dab some concealer under my eyes and my lid to get rid of the puffy, tired eyes in the morning. I also conceal my blemishes and acne if I have any. I skip foundation and powder for a light application.
I re-define my eyebrows using an eyebrow pencil/powderzperiodz Like Michelle Phan said, the fuller your brows, the younger you look!
Then, for my eyes, I just apply a light, peachy eyeshadow which is very close to your skin tone. Then, I apply light brown eyeshadow on my crease, and with a pencil brush, I apply that same color just under my lower lash line. Then I take a matte white eyeshadow and apply it to the highest arch of my brow and into the inner corners of my eyes just to brighten them up a bit. Then, I blend it all together to create a soft effect. After that, I line my upper lash line only using a dark brown pencil eyeliner. I flick it out just a bit creating a small cat eye. After that, I curl my lashes and apply brown/black mascara.
Then for my cheeks I apply a light coral pink blush (I like to keep it matte) to the apples of your cheeks. Use a light application. Don't overdo it!
Lastly, for my lips, I apply my chapstick. Then I apply rosy lipstick that's not too noticeable. I finish off with lipgloss.
Yeah, so that's my natural look!

In my opinion, the best way to apply foundation makeup (aka "base") is with those little white makeup sponges. Dab some foundation under your eyes and on your cheekbones, and a little bit further down your cheek. Then use long sweeping motions to blend it in with the sponge. First make sweeping motions down your cheek, towards your jaw. Then change directions, and sweep up your cheek from your jaw, towards your hairline. Then sweep from your hairline to your nose. Do the same with your forehead.

I usually go over my eyes again, after putting the foundation on the rest of my face. After I put the rest of the foundation on, I dab a little under my eyes, and rub it in with my fingers, from the inside of my eye to the outside.

Afterwards, I use a dry paper towel to gently wipe around my eyebrows and my hair line, because sometimes the makeup gets caked up there.

The best foundation makeup that you can buy in regular drugstores, in my opinion, is L'Oreal True Match. It just imitates my skin perfectly.

For eyeshadow, I usually just use my fingers. I rub my finger into the eyeshadow, and then rub it over my eyelid. Then I rub it up towards my eyebrow so a very light coat covers my entire eyelid.

For mascara, you really must use brown mascara if you're a redhead. Black mascara on a redhead just does not look natural. Brown mascara can be very hard to find, unfortunately, since not very many people have red hair.

The best mascara, in my opinion, is the Cover Girl Volume Exact or Lash Blast (and they come in brown, too), but other brands make a similar style that is probably just as good. What you should look for, basically, is the mascara wands that are little combs instead of brushes. The wands that are like little combs are definitely the best.

If the mascara comes on too clumpy, you can try wiping some of the excess mascara off of the wand with a paper towel (don't use tissues, because little bits of the tissue come off and get into the mascara).

Before putting powder on wet your face that way it sinks into your skin and looks more natural. Use clear mascara and light brown eye-liner. Then use some really faint blusher and a clear lip gloss.

When you apply the eye-liner onto your top eye-lid, only apply it to your lash-line (where your eyelash' roots are growing), apply a very thin line and do not apply it all around your eye.

When you apply the eye-liner to your bottom eye-lid, use a Kohl eye-liner pencil (it stays on better and you should never use liquid eye-liner of any kind on your waterline), only apply it on your waterline and do not apply it too close to your tear-duct.

Starting with the face, apply some kind of moisturizer to keep the skin glowing and looking hydrated. After you do that apply bronzer/blush in a peachy light color brushed barely onto cheeks, like little splashes on each cheekbone then rub it in with your palms. Now for the eyes, I recommend just using at least a coat or two of mascara on eyelashes but if you'd like some people use a light brown/beige color eyeshadow on their lids. Other than lip balm I think you're ready to go.

You can apply makeup naturally by making sure your face is clean and just gently applying the makeup. don't do anything to hard or too softly and don't over do the makeup either.
