All you need is:
-2 socks
-platic or mental round objects( platsic would be better)
-scotch tape
Then you cut the end off the socks. Now you have 2 open ends of it then you put the round object you picked and tape it inside now you put you're arm through it and there you have an elbow pad.(You can also use this for a knee pad or all pads. But, if you use it for a shin pad don't cut off the end of the socks.)
