First you need to get up to about level 10 or 9 and you get the boyfriend or Partner to like on the girl and in Purple there will be a Get Engadged (not sure how to spell it) then after you have reached the end of the engagement bar you can click get married

∙ 11y ago1st, keep on pressing "be romantic" until you are "partners 2nd, you have to have $2,500 or 4 lifepoints to get a ring 3rd, when you have your money or lifepoints, click on her/him and press "purpose" 4th, If your partner says "yes" or nods, that means your engaged. 5th, do step 1, until it says "get married" Hope this helped you
