ok you going to have to take down the overhead liner about half way to get easy access to it but you may be able to do it and get to the motor if you take of the lights and sunroof switch cover above this way will take more patience but is better if you take the liner down, than you will see Allen insertion for an Allen key, set it in and turn to the right over and over again until close, aight man peace
Firstly you need to remove the roof console panel in order to reach the sun roof motor spindle. Once that's done you need a 4mm Allen key and insert it into the hole of the sunroof motor spindle, and then turn the Allen key to manually close the sunroof.
You can try to pull it closed if it is not working automatically. This is going to take a little bit more work though.
