You put your left index finger and middle finger together to the left side of your neck...just under the jaw until you can feel your heart beat. Move closer to your ear until you can feel a steady beat. Get a watch or clock...and look at the second hand. When the second hand gets to 12, start counting your heart beats in your neck until the second hand gets to 15 seconds or to the 3 on the clock. Take the number of heart beats you counted in thouse 15 seconds, and multiply that number by 4. That should be your heart beat! Good Luck!

Your heart rate is normally between 60 - 100 times per minuet. You could also buy a heart rate monitor which costs between $20 - $200

you can measur your heart rate by feeling your pulse and timing how many seconds between every heart beat. p.s make sure you wre not engaging in any physical activity for a while because that will speed up your pulse.

put your index finger on your wrist where you can feel your heart beat, now watch the second hand on a clock and count the number of beats in a minute. You can shorten it up by counting for 15 seconds and multiplying it by 4, you can also find your pulse at your neck.

Place your pointer and middle fingers on the carotid artery in your neck and count the beats for 30 seconds. Multiply the beats x 2 and you have your pulse rate measured in beats per minute.

Find your pulse on either your wrist or your neck and count how many times you feel a beat while watching the clock for a minute to pass. Then you have your pulse rate of beats per minute.
