water, hexane ,benzene and some other organic liquids. Sugar water is also neutral. I t depends if it is distilled water because with universal indicator it is yellow - pH6 (almost neutral)
Try using a very concentrated solution of Oxyclean and the hottest water possible. Let the stain soak in the solution - overnight or even a day and a half. If the stain is not gone, prepare another solution and repeat. I accidentally washed (and dried) a whole load of light colored clothing with an ink pen. Ink was on ALL the clothes and I thought I would have to throw everything away. Instead, I used the solution in my washer and soaked for a day and a half. All the ink was gone! Good luck!also if its delicate this is not a good idea but bleach might work just don't put it in the wash wile the bleach is still wet but when its dry wash and your good to go.
Take half inch parts. Apply the bleach one inch from you scalp. Till the end are close to your desired shade. Than apply bleach to scalp. The reason for this is bleach works fast next to you body hot, and it will not come out even. We call it hot roots. You should really go to a professional, for this service. Bleach can kill your hair if left on to long.
Yes they can but only if you request that you don't want to use bleach or you can request them to bleach it but not touch the root like say you want the bleach half a centimetre away from your hair root. That's what I did; the first time I dyed my hair, my hair dresser said I had to bleach it and so she did, I told her not to make the bleach touch my hair root and she placed the bleach about a half a centimetre or a centimetre away and the colour looked fantastic! If you really don't want bleach touching your hair at all, just tell your stylist not to use bleach but the colour might not be as vibrant and obvious and it might be a total waste of money if you used it without the bleach and the colour didn't show. But it'll most likely show brightly in the sun :) Hoped this helped! Good luck xo
i would say a good month and a half
Yes, you can buy powder bleach at Sally's and mix it with 20 vol developer. Usually half and half. Then you can put that wherever you want to lighten. Keep checking on it until you achieve the desired color.
I'm a hair dresser so you can trust my answer! Okay when people come and see me that is one of the first questions they always ask. To bleach hair you use HAIR BLEACH! It really isn't that difficult. But if you are bleaching streaks either have it done professionally (which i recommend so you don't look stupid) or bleach streaks. To do this you have to section out your hair into 8 sections (4 on each side of your part if you are a girl) take your hair and make a thin strip on the top if each section. get some tin foil and fold your hair on to it. now you can put the bleach (HAIR bleach not regular bleach) on your hair. wrap up that section only and let it sit. do this 2-3 times per section. now let it sit for about a half hour. when you are done, take out the Tim foil and was your hair with water immediately! and then blow it dry and you can put whatever color in the streaked area. Hope I helped!
I dont exactly know what you mean, but I have some semi permanent hair dyes that I have only needed half the bottle of, and I use the other half for touch ups and things like that! Hope this helps!

Some people long to dye their dark hair naturally without the use of bleach or damaging hair dye. One of the most common hair lightening methods is using diluted lemon juice. Step 1: Gather all materials. Get some lemon juice, water, a spray bottle, and a hair brush. Step 2: Mix a 50/50 solution, half water-half lemon juice. Put it in the spray bottle. Step 3: Spray the lemon juice solution evenly all over your hair. Brush your hair to make sure the lemon juice is spread out evenly. Step 4: You can either sit out in the sun for 30-60 minutes, blow dry your hair until completely dry, or just let the solution sit in your hair for about 45 minutes. Once you're done that, wash your hair and use a good conditioner to restore the moisture that the lemon juice may have taken out of your hair. Step 5: Let your hair naturally air dry (your hair has had enough work already) and check hair color. If your hair is not the color you wanted, repeat steps until you receive desired color. Warnings: Due to the underlying reddish orange pigments in dark hair, when naturally bleaching your hair with lemon juice, the pigments may come out and you will be left with a reddish orange color. If this occurs, you can dye your hair using professional hair color.
because you have half of your moms hair and half of your dads hair.
All You Have To Do Is Get Them Wet Then Ring Them Out To Remove Access Water then Pour Bleach on One Half on The Back Where The Back Pocket Is (Try To Avoid The Pocket on the Back Side) then Bleach The other side On The Pocket Only!! let sit for 10 = 15 min (the longer you wait the more the clearer it shows white) Then Dry Them With A Hair Dryer or in the Dryer, Wash Them In The Washing Machine, Dry Them In The Dryer Again Make Sure You Wash Them So They Wont Smell like Bleach
