Go to File--> Save as...

1. choose a folder
2. write the file name
3. in the 'Save as Type' list - choose 'Power Point Show - PPS'
(in PowerPoint 2010/2007 it is called 'Power Point Show - PPSX')

Saving a PowerPoint is too easy. Look at the above instructions and try it. Open your PowerPoint. Place all your content, text, image etc., Once you finish your PowerPoint Go to File- Save As- Choose the destination place e.g., desktop and save it as PowerPoint Presentation. its really easy just go onto the website of which it is moving on then save the picture insert it onto PowerPoint and start the slide show it should move as an animation just to let u know when you insert it it wont move. It will only move in the slide show
