You can't change the text animation in Windows Movie Maker. At least that's what I think you are asking about. In other words, the animation (how the text is displayed) standard and can't be altered at all.
Unfortunately, you have to select an animation that fits the clip you are adding it to with this program.
Now, other purchased video editing software applications allow you to move text wherever you like. But Windows Movie Maker is very basic with limited features.
In the time-line view of the program, click on the Title Overlay track and delete the text found there.
