It mostly depends on what phobia you have. A fear of something can often be resolved by doing or experiencing what you don't like. E.g- I was afraid of the dark, but after camping overnight and hearing it and dealing with my fear I was cured! If you have a fear of say, FISH then just stroke one from the water and force your self into it and your phobia will be cured. Do the same for your phobia and see the results!

∙ 13y agoConsult a mental health professional. A psychiatrist or licensed counselor can probably cure or mostly cure this in a few sessions. Be careful of those who would pretend to help, but milk your insurance for months. This happens a lot in the health care industry. Also beware of people selling superstitious "protection" from demons. I think you know they aren't real, but many people prey upon fear.
