A night light or a low output light bulb on a small lamp may do the trick. I don't know but my boyfriend suggests that I try something..As I have a fear of the dark that over powers my life and my lifestyle.. He suggests that me &+ him sit together with the TV on then when I'm ready to grab him then he turns out the TV so it is complete darkness then for me to talk to him and focus on him then i will be able to see where i am and what is in the dark... I don't know if this will help but the offers there =] Good Luck and for those who are scared of the dark you are not alone =[ I know how yu feel more than anyone TBH I've been scared of the dark since I was three and I'm fourteen now which is shocking anyways.... Humans are afraid of the dark because of spirits , and ghosts,some people are frightened of them. some people belive in them while others dont. i do belive in them.But im not afraid of the dark. i belive in ghosts because god is one,but just because he is a ghost doesnt mean he goes around haunting people. ghosts are real but they dont haunt people.
