Tip one- buckle down! if you want to pass, you have to do the work, as with anything in life.
to study- regiment yourself! you have to set aside some time for studying. that means no computer, no x-box, no music. You need to get focused.
Pay attention in class! this is critical towards success. Don't goof off, don't try to impress the cute girls/guys. that doesn't mean you can't have fun, but leave the horse and pony for after school or in the hallways.
when you read out of text books, don't underline. when you underline, your brain shuts off and you underline out of habit. the best thing to do is read out loud so you hear what you are saying, and then take notes along side. write an outline of the important facts.
get help at school. Like most places your school probably has NHS members, and they need service hours- aka tutoring.
finally, you need to change you outlook on school. if you go to school upset, then you will have a greater chance of not succeeding. but if you go in at least in the middle to glad, then you will do sooo much better.

Throughout high school, students have to pass a certain amount of class in order to graduate. In most cases a student needs their diploma in order to enroll in a secondary school
Grants Pass High School was created in 1885.
How about a movie pass/ gift certificate
You have to pass all of them. Since 9th grade is a freshman in high school that means for the next four years each class you take you have to pass. When you pass the class you earn units towards your graduation and if you don't pass the class you have to makeup the class to graduate. Each high school class is 5 units and to graduate you need about 265 units earned in your 4 years. From your question I must assume that your plan is to do as little work as possible for your 9th grade year and it makes me think you played around in 8th grade. Having taught 8th grade I know that you most likely turned in as little work as possible. Now, I teach high school and see a lot of freshmen come in and play around. I have found some of them doing a 5th year of high school because they wasted the freshman year. Baby time is over with, so start the new school year off right.
