So I've been told that Cotton swab test are less accurate than the urine tests and blood tests. Your mouth is full of saliva that its hard for the THC to stick to the mouth. They're going to have you rub the swab all along your gums and on the side of your cheek. The best thing you can do is not rub it alot on your gums, before the test ask for some water and save alittle right before the test and hold in it your mouth until you use the cotton swab and the water will fill the swab more than your saliva.
Also, brush your teeth for like 5 minutes before the test and MOUTHWASH for another 3-5 minutes and I believe you'll be okay.
I passed but because I don't smoke 6 blunts a day or anything, I smoke alittle every now and then.

∙ 12y agoOkay so I get a swab test instead of apiss test because I know how to pass a swab test no problem. All you really need to do is think outside of the box. If your job does it or whatever just put a little tiny bit of bleach on your cheek or get your mouth really really dry and Im not talkin bout from smoking either. I have done that but there isn't a 100% possibility that you will pass with that. so anyways, just take it and the other side of the swab not the swab itself but the backside of it take it and swab ur self with that and when you have to hold it in your mouth then just act like u put it under ur tongue but don't and make sure to try not to put any air into your mouth during it cuz that will push the moisture from your spit onto it.

Get a bottle of water rigjt before you go in , right before you see them hold water in your mouth for 20.secs then swallow it.. It nasty but it works...

I passed mine by taking at least 2 capful of peroxide and 2 capful of water and swish in mouth, leave foam in corner of mouth and put swab in it. Your welcome 😃
