In a Windows computer, it is Control+V. On a Macintosh computer, it is Apple+V. Control+V means holding the "control" key on your keyboard and then pressing the "V" key, while still holding the "control" key. This applies to the Macintosh computer as well.

Try this -- hold down the Control key while selecting from the list: then go to Copy and then Paste to where you want the list. Also try selecting while holding down the Ctrl key and then Copy and Paste. This gives a slightly different result.
