You can't plant a peach tree from a seed but you can growa peach tree from a seed.

Just put the seed in the ground keep it watered if there is no rain. The peach tree that grows from the seed may not be a good tree and it may take years to produce fruit it is best to buy a grafted tree and plant that.

plant it and give it water, sun, fertilizer and TLC ___________________________________________________ When you plant your tree pick 4 or 5 healthy branches. These will become your scaffold branches (limbs that fruiting wood will grow on) one month after planting fertilize with a complete fertilizer 16-16-16 , Apply a thick layer of mulch to keep the roots cool and retain moisture. Water well and deeply throughout the season. If you want to keep your tree small (dwarf) prune in summer after harvest, If a larger size tree is desired prune in winter. If you live in a place that it rains in the spring, spray for Peach leaf curl with lime-sulpher or copper spray 3 times (Thanksgiving, newyears & valentines day) and spray dormant oil in march just before bud break to protect flowers from brown rot. fertilize with 16-16-16 April 1st. and the process starts all over again

There are seed suppliers such as tree shop, seed mall, grow-a-tree, and pineapple growers (the best one is like-a-tree)

So you just would go to like-a-tree and buy a seed or two. Just remember to ask if it's a tree seed!

And then, you bury it (or them) in the ground and water it every day.

Why would you plant a peach?

To get more peaches! The peach's seed is usually already split by the time the peach is ripe. At this time of year, planting the whole thing will give the seedling much needed nutrients to mature into a sapling. Since the peach tree is a mature tree in 5-7 years, it would be relatively easy to grow your own orchard, provided you have the space.
