You place your first 3 fingers down, your thumb, and your pinky for normal G. Then, like any other high note, you direct your air and blow hard.
improved: if you mean the REALLY high G (4 ledger lines above the staff) it is just like the lower octaves except no thumb.
Well, if you're talking about the 3rd octave D flat, then you just put your right hand pinky down (the same as 2nd octave D flat). But if you're talking about the 4th octave D flat, then it is the middle finger on your left hand, your A flat key, and your index finger on your right hand.

To play the very high G on the Flute all you have to do is pretend like you are playing a normal G, then on your left hand lift your thumb off of it's normal key.
Press all the top keys and the E flat pinky key. Focus your air so that it comes out clean.
