1st You need a Tuba/Sousaphone fanfare that you and your group like
2nd Practice it until its memorized.
3rd. Go up to a band that you think you can "Call Out" meaning "Battle"
4th Play your fanfare(s) to see there reaction...
5th you find out on your own...
