It depends on what system you have, but for X-Box 360 (The Console I have Black Ops for) you click multiplayer and then choose X-Box Live and for the Sony Playstation@ 3 you do the same except you click PlayStation@ Network.

∙ 12y agoOkay, the last guy wasn't too helpful (although give him credit for the funny answer). When you have finished the intro's press start. Then click on the campaign option on the menu. The click on new campaign. There you go.
