I happen to work at Frisch's and I have personally seen many customers come up to my manager with a complaint and she will listen like she's going to do something and then wait until they walk away and say something like "that will never happen."..I've been there almost 2 years and honestly if I didn't have a family to take care of the I still wouldn't be putting up with the management of this place. They have turned a family restraunt into a money hungry one. The managers talk down to their employees constantly and get away with it even when employees call corporate..its not a fun place to work and its expensive to eat at. If you want my honest answer. Don't waste your time complaining because they wont listen and don't bother going back and this is coming from someone who is employed there. I hope i was helpful. And as soon as i find something better money wise I wont be going back either.
