First you have to go to your account by clicking the "log in" button after you are already logged in. Then you go to the tab "Publish." Next you upload your document by clicking "Docment Manager (Upload)" and upload it in "story" not "docx" format. Find the file on your computer, label it, and upload it to the site. After it is on the site, you can click "Edit/Preview" to edit your document. Once that is done, you go to "My Stories" in the same tab and click on the story you would like to add to. Once there, you got to "Content/Chapters" and name your new chapter and select the correspoding document. Click "Add" and your done. The chapter should be viewable right away.
