How do you post answers to questions on Answers.com?

Many of the answer entries on Answers.com cannot be edited. That's because they come from external sources and reference books, such as published dictionaries and encyclopedias. To report incorrect or outdated information, forward it directly to the Answers.com Support Team, at this address:

Please provide as many details as possible, especially the topic title and/or the URL at Answers.com.

And Editing in WikiAnswers?

The answers that can be edited right here on the site are those on WikiAnswers. To edit an answer in WikiAnswers, such as this one you're reading, sign in and then click the "Improve answer" link on the left.

Click in the answer box below the question. If you are a registered user, you can edit (change) an existing answer. But you should not remove the existing answer unless it is wrong or misleading.

You can add material to existing correct answers.

I don't think you can because answers.com is an idiot. They should fix their dumb site.

You cannot change your username by yourself on Answers.com. You can edit your profile display name through your settings but not your physical username. To request a username change email: support@answers.com

You must edit your avatar in your e-mail and then it will automatically show like the way you put it in you e-mail on answers.com.
