Your best bet is a serial dilution, i.e. get 2 10ml volumetric flasks and take 1ml of your solution to be diluted, and make to 10ml with solvent, mix this, then take 1ml of the resulting 10mls and dilute that to 10ml.
2x 10 times dilutions is 100x dilution.
Alternatively if you have less to start with, use micro pipettes
taking 1ml of sample and 99 ml of solution
A 10X solution is known that contains ten times more solute in solution. In order to make a 10X solution, just multiply by 10 the amount of solute(s) to be dissolved.

millimeter is not a measure of volume
Impossible to answer. A volume is not measured in grams it is a cubic amount
780 milliliters is equal to 26.38 fluid ounces.
4/3 pi r^3 = 100r = (100*3/4/pi)^(1/3) r = 2.87989833828654 d = 2*r d = 5.75979667657308 cm The diameter is 5.75979667657308 cm
The answer depends on the dilution factor and if the sulfuric acid was 100% to start.
So you need a 1 in 5 dilution (5x dilution i.e. 0.5/0.1), so 100/5 is 20ml stock diluted to 100ml
1 part of solution A plus 99 parts solution B
you can only use the following glassware 5 10 20 25 and 50ml pipette 50 100 200 or 500ml volumetric flasks
2 times dilution from 100% acetone
Preparation of PPM level standards of ethanol in waterUse the absolute alcohol to prepare the stock solutions of known concentration say for example: 100 ml of 1 g/L of ethanol solution1 g/L is equal to 1000 mg/L which is 1000 ppm. Otherwise the concentration of the 100 ml stock solution is 1000 ppm.Next step: Perform serial dilution procedure to prepare the required ppm level of ethanol standards. For performing the serial dilution, u have to convert the weight of ethanol into volume by dividing the weight by density of ethanol. Density of ethanol = 789 kg/cu.m or 789 g/L.
You add 99 L to 1.0 L stock: concentrations are 100 times less.
To prepare 1 M CaI aqueous solution, dissolve 29.4 g in a total volume of 100 mls, or 294 g in a total volume of 1 liter.

Find the volume of the 100% ethanol Add 1/19 of water to the volume (if it is like 190ml, add 10ml of water since 190/200=95%)
An 8-fold dilution means you are making your solution 1/8 less concentrated. So, if you want to make 100 ml of a solution diluted 8 fold you would do as follows: 1/8=.125 100*.125= 12.5 Mix 12.5 mL of your concentrated solution with 87.5 mL of your solvent (water etc..) to bring the final volume to 100 mL. If you wanted to perform a ten fold dilution you would simply mix 10 mL of your concentrated solution with 90 mL of your solvent. 1/10=.1 100*.1=10
It is prepared by taking five volume of ethanol and dissolve in 100 ml of water .
