I was lucky for my year 9 exams, I had two weeks of Easter holidays before them and another two weeks of school, so during school holidays i would do 2 hours of revising a day. One hour in the morning and one hour about five o' clock at night. That left me with plenty of time to enjoy myself. I read my books and wrote down key points in a scrap book, it planted the information in my head. The exams are in two weeks for me so I hope it goes well, for me and for you!

It should not. But if your school streams pupils by their results it could. If you do badly in year 9 you could be in a lower set during year 10. This may affect what exams you are entered for at the end of year 10 and so the grades that you can attain. The policy of streaming (or "setting") varies between schools and countries and so the above will not apply in all situations.

They're prepared after the financial year end. For large companies and corporations on stock markets they have 6 months to prepare them. While smaller companies tend to have longer, in the UK it is currently 10 months, soon to be just 9 months.

I am also looking for this (for year 7) and cannot find. I suggest the exam will be very similar to the UK's 11 plus exams and a quick google search of "11 plus example exam" finds several sites with free practise exams and tips. Hope this helps.
