I boil down san Pedro cactus. First get a cutting at least 12 in long and 3 in diameter per dose. Then smash/juice/blend it till it won't break down any more. I typically slice them into quarters longways, cut as much of the white core (which contains little to no mescaline and most of the stuff that can make you hurl) as possible, then run them through the juicer. I then throw the pulp in a blender w/ half a cup of lemon juice (to aid in breaking down the cell walls) and blend till snotlike or close as you can get it. They don't really juice all that well and i only do it b/c i broke two blenders throwing chunks straight in! If you DONT have a juicer, try cutting up the cactus, freezing it and blending that way...it works ok too.
I then throw the goop lemon juice cactus juice pulp all of it in a pot over low heat and start stirring! Eventually it will turn from a foamy shake to a less burn-prone green soup, raise the heat to very low boil for three hours stirring occasionally. Try not to boil off so much liquid you need to add more but no biggie if you do...you're aiming for about a cup or less per dose. Strain this liquid out of the pulp through a filter. I suggest a perfect circle cut out of your roommate's sheet! Put the pulp back in the pot w/ just enough fresh water to reconstitute it and start slow boil for another 3 hours...add water as needed this time to get the same amount of liquid when you strain this as well. Toss out the ball of dry pulp and put your combined strains on a boil for an hour or as long as it takes to get down to a couple of gulps worth per dose. Get the stuff cold before you drink it that will help but be aware...this stuff is awful, think bile w/ a hint of burnt coffee! Took a couple good trips to convince me all this is worth it...I think so. chase it w/ a popsicle!

No, it is not.
Mescaline is administered orally. It can be eaten in powder, tablet, capsule, or liquid form.
Various studies were conducted on peyote/mescaline during the 20th Century. No useful medical application of the drug was found. Peyote/mescaline was banned in the U.S. in 1967 and placed on Schedule I in 1970. You can purchase Peyote seeds as well as other cacti containing mescaline online. It should be noted that what is sold as "mescaline" on the street is typically another psychedelic such as LSD.
