You can use a small pair of pliers or a pair of tweezers.

When turning headlights on, pull out on headlight switch knob.
Open your Driver's Door and there is a fuse panel cover on the left side of the dash. pull it off, look at the fuse layout legend and pull the 10 amp fuse for the horn
You have to pull it out.
Open the fuse panel along the drivers door side of the dash. Look on the back side of the cover for the fuse location for the brake lights. Pull the fuse and check for a shorted fuse.
There are fuses in the cabin and also under the hood. You may need to actually pull each fuse to inspect it.
You can't. Only on the Regular & Club Cab you can turn it off with the built in switch. It is against the law to pull the fuse.

charcoal canister is located under the fuse box in engine bay, disconnect the clips, remove the bolt, and pull up the fuse box, there it is, canister, no crawling, getting dirty, easy as pie
Find your fusebox and see if you can find the fuse for the auto door lock mechanism. Just pull the fuse out and it should take care of the problem.
Pull the old flasher fuse out and plug the new one in.
