Ok well to be serious, you need to go to the dentist. If you are a child, then it may not hurt for the dentist applies a gel which will introduce numbness on the tooth so he/she can pull it out. If you are an adult, as in like about a teen maybe, you have to get a minor injection to pull it out. It wont hurt, trust me. Only like a pinch!

I do not recommend this though, it is always best that you visit the dentist. They are the only people who can remove teeth painlessly and successfully and will also give you advice on how to take care of your oral hygiene afterwards.

∙ 11y agoWhen my tooth was loose, i made it really wiggly till it was hanging. The next day, I woke up and i twisted it around and I couldn't get it back in place so I kept twisting it till it came out. I didn't feel a thing.
Also another way is to fall asleep and let you parents yank it out (if it's really loose.) You won't feel a thing, because when you sleep you can't feel anything and when you yank out a loose tooth, you also can't feel anything, but a few seconds later it would probably start hurting, so that's why you have to fall asleep first and let you parents do it so you don't feel the pain they pull it out

Teeth can not really be made wobbly unless you use different methods to pull a baby one out. e.g tug on it. string to door etc..... But one that isn't wobbly will have to wait sorry.

How do you take a tooth out?
First, the tooth should be COMPLETLY numb so that the patient does not feel any pain. Once that is accomplished, then the Dentist will use an instrument called an elevator to push the gums gently away from the tooth. When most of the gums at the top are pulled back the dentist will use another instrument that pushes the gums aways as you he goes lower down the roots of the tooth. When all sides of the tooth are loose from the ligament then the tooth should already be mobile and the Dentist can use surgical forceps to pull the loose tooth out. The worst and longest part is the numbing aspect...loosening the tooth should be a breeze in most cases.
