You have to make new motor mounts, maybe different radiator, use chevy 350 compatible transmission/bell housing, make new transmission mounts, redo driveline, may have to rewire dash for gauges, speedo and tach, etc.

I believe the 351W was still being installed in '95? so if you find a running junk yard motor depending on what was originally installed in your truck you may be able to use the original engine mounts if not get them off the junk yard truck and everything should bolt right in. You can even grab the junk yard engine wiring harness and it should just plug in. There are lots of F-150 forums out there that can tell you a lot more on what you would need. Both ways have been done plenty of times.
