You can change the bells on your snapper 17244 snowblower by loosening the tensioner bolt. Once the tensioner bolt is loose the old belt can be removed and the new belt put in its place.
Get your model number and put it into a google search like this "snapper model *******" You should get a few companies that list the parts for it.

check the front and back belt pulleys and if the elt is on the right side of the engager.
It's easy! If you can find on the second to the last row on the bottom you will see a red snapper, a green snapper, and another green snapper. Tap on the green snapper twice in the middle of the group. Lastly, put your feet up and watch the excitiment of winning!
