To put a window in a hollow door, first, measure and mark the desired window size on the door. Carefully cut out the marked area using a jigsaw, ensuring to avoid any internal supports. TAKE THE DOOR PANEL OFF FIRST
Remove the inside door panel. The entire window mechanism will be visible. Put the window back onto the window track.

I had to to take the door panel off remove the window motor raise the window then put the motor back on

You have to remove the door panel and attach the new window to the window frame this is very easy but it is time consuming and make sure you have no air leaks before you put the door panel back on
