remove the door trim, there are a few rivits that pop off the bottom, a screw in the door handle box, then the trim should lift up and off. then you should have room to remove the motor. I think there is three bolts holding it on. There is also a few connections that pull off. It's pretty simple for the most part. Hope this helps.
check on eBay for a power window motor. from what i have heard its only 1991 -1994 mercery capri only
undo the bolts that atatch the roll bars to the window on drivers and passenger side, the undo the bolts on lower window that hold the window to the tub on both passenger and drivers side. the window should now fold outwords onto the hood, once it is on the hood the wiper motor will on the drivers side window frame. remember to disconect the battery before any of the steps

You can put a manual rollup window back on track, in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier, by removing the inside door panel. The window track is easily visible with the door panel removed.
The 1994 Nissan Maxima window motor fuse can be found in the fuse box under the hood. The window motor fuse will simply unplug.
Begin by removing the 1994 Chevy passenger side door panel. Remove the window motor wiring harness. Remove the window motor linkage. Remove the window motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new window motor.

Unfortunately you can't just change the motor. You have to buy and replace the whole assembly including the window. Its a rip-off but the motor, ratchet, arms and window comes as one replacement assembly.
