Somewhere in your system folder, you can put music to play at the Menu screen, characer selection screen, and the vs screen. First, download an .mp3 file of the music you want and put it in your Sounds folder. Then go to system and scroll down until you see music. The instructions will tell you what to do there.
I'll update this question when I get on a computer that has MUGEN.
