Barrings you say? Those are very hard to replace.
First, remove both the passenger and the driver front doors.
Jack up the car and take all four tires off.
Now open the hood, you should see four black wires going into the engine. make sure you disconnect your battery terminals and cut the four black wires.
After the wires are cut, pull the remaining length of wire closes to the engine away, revealing the spark plugs. Remove them with a spark plug wrench.
In each of the 4 holes you just revealed, dump approximately 1/2 cup of dirt/sand.
Replace spark plugs, connect battery, close hood, replace tires. Do not replace the doors just yet.
Get in your car and start your engine. If it makes a terrible grinding sound, you did the process correctly. It might not start right away, just continue with your key in the ignition. It will start in most cases after 1 minute. Your barrings are replaced.

Drain the coolant from the radiator and remove the upper radiator hose to access the thermostat housing. Unbolt the thermostat housing, take out the old thermostat, and clean the mating surfaces before installing the new thermostat with a new gasket. Finally, reassemble everything, refill the coolant, and check for leaks.
