The coolest place is off the oil pump to the left behind the harmonic balancer. This will give you PUMP pressure. Most tuners will install a second sensor at the head off of the oil galley on the driver side. This will give you real time oil lubrication of the block and head.
ya might just be low on oil ...My 92 Stanza has a bad valve cover gasket that leaks and when the oil drops to 1 & 1/2 quarts low the valves start ta clatter. After adding oil it took a few miles of easy driving ta get rid of the noise.

The oil pump on a 92 Chevy S10 is changed by draining the oil, unbolting the oil pan, and lower it from the vehicle. The pump can then be unbolted and a new one put in place.

The oil pressure sensor on a 92 Honda Accord is replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness and unscrewing it using a wrench or socket set. The replacement sensor is then put into place and torqued back to specs.
