I would like to help but I need a bit more info, Most of the TC guns have a model stamped in the barrel, such as Hawken, Renegade, New Englander, Cherokee, Seneca just to name a few. If not, there were some models of the same guns produced without the TC model stamped. A detailed description and caliber would help me to identify it and give you more info on it.

The model is in most cases engraved on the barrel, ie Cherokee, Seneca, Hawken, New Englander, Renegade etc. and the serial number is stamped on the barrel itself or on the breech plug. You can also contact Thompson Center directly and they may be able to help.
