YouTube isn't Broadcast yourself anymore. But you can upload your videos.

well, i had asked the same question myself, i found no answer because no one else had an answer so i hope somebody will see this and tell people how to broadcast themselves on Youtube. After all that's how Justin Bieber got famous and maybe someone else out there wants to be famous too, how do they want to start? with Youtube, so i hope somebody figures out and posts because i have no idea, sorry peoples!

Anybody can technically "get on YouTube" as long as they have internet connection and a video to share. The only real rule about getting onto YouTube is that you must be at least 13 years old and agree to follow YouTube's rules (Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, etc).

In order to get paid you need to get monetized first (1000 subs and 4000 watch hours). It usually takes around 1-2 years for most youtubers. If you want to get monetized instantly and start making money from your videos right away, one guy created a monetization service lately. I have left a link in my bio

go onto YouTube and click create and account. then fill out everything like username, password, email and i accept the rules. Or sign in with your Google account.
