You only need the standard Ford radio, U shaped removal tools (readily & cheaply available at an auto parts store), a T15 torx driver bit, and a really small Phillips head screwdriver.
The top of the slot is actually the locking mechanism - pull the top up (DO NOT REMOVE, just lift at each end - with the cable released, gently wiggle it to remove from the bottom-side of the changer unit.
With the changer unit disconnected, it may be possible to get any cds that are out-of-position back into their tray, or pull them out completely.
If needed, you can take the cover off the changer unit too:
Once the cover is off, you should be able to now reach each of the CD's to be rescued.
This should provide enough access to getting wayward discs out, or back into the tray.

I pretty much did that to the 6 CD changer radio in my 2001 to retrieve a stuck CD.
On the sides of the unit you can spot some very small arrows embossed into the metal, pointing at certain screws. Those are the ones that hold the top cover plate.
Be careful of taking unlabeled screws out, as some that are accessible from the outside actually hold internal parts in place. If you start hearing a rattling sound, you'll know you took a screw you shouldn't have.
That should at least get you inside... Not sure what the end-goal is, but good luck from there ;)
You can remove the CDs by ejecting the CDs from the CD player in the car.
How do i remove a stuck Cd from my 2005 Toyota Highlander? The CDs will not eject.

How to Remove a Stuck CD check related link below
I have a 2003 Expedition with a 6 CD changer that had a CD stuck in it. We disconnected the battery cables and then reconnected them (have your key fob close by in case your alarm goes off). When we reconnected the battery cables the CD player spit out the stuck CD and then reinitialized itself for about a minute or two. Then I could load and eject all of the CDs inside, and the CD player worked again.
press the eject button
By cds, I assume you mean compact disks. If so, you need to capitalize CD and add a lowercase s (CDs). No, the two CDs is not a grammatically correct sentence. At the very least, a sentence needs a subject and a verb. You have the subject; you need a verb. Two CDs are stuck in the CD player.
can i remove vocals from cds using cubase4
First Disconnect the positive battery connector from the terminal for at least 5 mins. Then reconnect the terminal to the battery. This should reset the radio and reboot the system. If the CDs are still stuck. The radio will have to be removed and disassembled if you want try to attempt to save the CDs. It's most likely after you successfully remove the CDs, the changer will still be broken. Time to consider a replacement, and have the same problem occur again, or buy an aftermarket radio. I highly recommend an aftermarket radio with (built-in) HD-Radio and iPod connectors or USB.
it may not read it because it might be stuck or has a scratch on it
Check the cd player for items which may have been shoved into the player. If this is not the case the laser may have burnt out, a wire could be loose, or something else may have broken.
Only original CDs
