Simply remove the bolt that holds the assembly on, and you may have to use a little force, but pull it off. It may take a bit of muscle since it's been a while.

At the base of the wiper arm you will see a small tab sticking up. Use a screw driver and pry the tab away from its current position. Only will go one way. Then once it is in its outward position lift wiper blade off the window and wiggle to remove it from the shaft. You may have to try a few times when you put it back on to get it where it was when it is in the off position just keep moving to the desired spline in the wiper shaft until you get it.. Its a special Nissan wiper blade and you have to go to the dealer for it. Front wipers are available aftermarket however. See Sources and Related Links Below.

First, remove the wiper arm and the shaft nut. Open the hatch and remove the interior panel. remove the three screws that secure the mounting plate for the motor and remove the whole assembly. Go to Nissan dealer for a replacement, it's cheaper and Nissan made it anyhow.
i have a 2000-2001 quest and found a junkyard copy with its cabin filter behind the plastic cover over the front window wipers. with hood closed lift wipers and pull locking pin and pull off wiper off. Be careful not to get pinched by spring loaded wiper are. remove metal screws(on outside of hood) and plastic screws(under hood) careful not to break plastic part. Removed (and reinstall) cover with hood open. good luck and save money
