Look on the rear of radiator about 1/3 down from the top actually on the 1999 caravan with the 2.4 liter, it is below the drivers side headlight, you will need to remove the headlight assembly and remove the plastic cover below it. you will see the relay riveted to the body structure. drill out the rivets and replace the relay with the new one. you will need to replace the rivets as well. i just did this today so it is fresh in my mind. good luck.
