Hi. I have found that if you put on a pair of latex gloves that you can get a better grip and can usually turn the ball. If not you can all ways run by your local shop and they will be glad to help.

Labret is Latin for "lip" , a labret piercing was defined as a centerline lower lip piercing placed just below the center of the lower lip, they jewellery designed for this piercing is called a Labret stud a flat back stud with a removable top, screw on ball.A labret piercing in a piercing between the center of the lower lip and chin.

LABRET this is a stud in your lip
There are many different types of jewellry than can be put into a lip piercing, such as a labret(stud) bcr (ball closure ring) a segment closure ring, horseshoe rings, and more. normally a fresh piercing is done with a titanium labret.
Yes, labret studs are fine for tragus piercings. I wear them all of the time.
pull the stud out
Labret posts usually don't sit well in nose piercings but it wouldn't hurt to try it out!
Grab the back of the labret stud with your fingers, unscrew the ball (right to tighten left to loosen) with the other hand. No video required. If you still cant get it see your piercing for assistance.
It's best after the piercing is healed, otherwise it might get infected and swell up.
Try latex gloves or any other kind of disposable gloves that you would find in a first aid kit. Your piercer should have been wearing gloves when they put the jewellery in, and the gloves give a very tight grip on the metal, hence a labret stud that is difficult to unscrew. Also ensure you use a bit of patience, and never pull on the stud or it could rip out.
