First try a mild solvent like Goof -Off or Goo-Gone. If that doesn't work try a little gasoline on a soft rag.

WD-40 and a clean rag also works well.

Rub it with a rag dipped in Goof Off. It will not harm auto paint.

Both Goo Gone and Goof-Off are good on fiberglass. Don't use acetone, it may mar the surface.
