Remove the trap. Firstly, make sure you have a trap. The trap actually stops odors from coming back up the sink into the room by trapping a small amount of water thus blocking gases from coming up through the pipe. IF you DO have a trap, you should disconnect it and make sure it doesn't have some harsh - gross - items trapped in it thus causing the odor.

Lysol is not safe to spray on a kitchen sink. It contains chemicals harmful if ingested. If you are washing you're dishes in a Lysol covered sink then your plates will be contaminated, when you eat off the plates you are ingesting all those bad chemicals.
I would think about giving that area a thorough cleaning
An extractor fan is used when there is too much vapour and smell in the kitchen while cooking. You switch it on and the fan leads those bad smells outside or eliminates them through a filter.
It can allow the drain to block easier. Take the trap off the sink drain and remove it
