I recommend a professional removing your braces, but that is not always an option. I just removed my braces today and I did it by taking scissors and putting the single blade between my tooth and the brace. With a little leverage they popped right off. I don't know how bad it is for you but that is how I did it. My biggest problem now is getting the gunk off my teeth but it feels so good to have them off.
Braces are removed with special pliers that break the bond of the cement between the bracket and the tooth. Ceramic brackets are more difficult to remove than metal ones because they are more rigid. The squeezing pressure or compression of the plier edges pops the brackets off in a fraction of a second.
This should only be done by a dental professional as done incorrectly, the enamel of the teeth could be damaged.
REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED because this is EXTREMELY painful and can actually damage the surface of the teeth, but in an emergency the wires can be cut with a pair of wire sidecuts, then pulled through the braces. The actual braces can be pried off with a butter knife. Unfortunately you probably don't have access to any solvents that will degrade the adhesive holding them on that are safe to put in you mouth, and this is where the EXTREMELY PAINFUL and MAY DAMAGE YOUR TEETH part comes in. All in all, if you're just tired of wearing them go into your orthodontist's office and tell them you want them off now, ready or not.
There are many ways you can get your braces off :: eating a apple, or even Chewing Gum , but its not safe for your teeth! Its just better to wait til your doctor takes it off.
You Just get a nife and try and pick at themm lawl , naa you have tii go to the dentist sorry :'(
Usually your dentist will tell you if you need braces or not and try to refer you to an orthodontist.
My dentist said it was going to take 2 years
It's not right to ask these kind of questions online. You're not going to get a right answer unless you visit a dentist. JEEZ!
A dentist prefers for you not to eat right before a cavity is filled. If you do eat, make sure to brush your teeth before going into the dentist.
If you are going to pay the high cost for braces then go to the orthodontist, most dentist may have qualifications but aren't as equipped to handle your needs.
While the best way to get a straighter smile is to get braces from an orthodontist or dentist, there are some products you can use at home to realign your teeth. The SmileCareClub from Sharper Image is a new and massively popular product. You also can try Invisalign or similar products.
Technically, a dentist could do it if he had the training, but in practice, it's going to be an orthodontist. Dentists usually don't have the training to deal with orthodontics.
NO NO AND NO!!!!!!!!!
press your teeth from 2 to 5 minutes. I agree with that, and try not to let your tongue sit behind your gums. that helps overbites. and also put ur tongue in front of ur teeth, really helpss!
Do not try to remove tartar by yourself at home, as you can injure yourself. Have a professional do it, you will get a much better job. There is a new product, Periogen, which dissolves tartar at home with repeated applications.
Well you can't get invisable braces but you can get some where they are just at the back and you can't see them but your teeth have to be facing inwards to do because otherwise your teeth will just keep going out. I hope that my answer helped you If it didn't why not talk to your dentist they will give you a better answer
Dentist are people who clean, brush and floss your teeth. They also tell you when your teeth are coming in. They also tell you if you need braces. It is kinda scary going to the dentist at first. but once you are all done you want to go do it all over again.
