Firing order for the 98 4runner is [no pun intended] 1-2-3-4-5-6
on my 98 4runner, its right over the silver intake tubing...right on top of the engine.
Miles or Miles per gallon? My '98 4runner has 175,000 and it's just getting broken in!

Remove the wing nut from the front turn signal/side marker/park housing mounting stud and remove the housing from the fender. To remove the bulb holder, depress the tab next to the bulb holder, turn the bulb holder counterclockwise andremove it from the housing. Remove the old bulb replace with a new one and install it the reverse procedure of removal. I hope this helps you out.

on my 98 4runner, I had to pull the tailamp out sideways with the hatch open...[left taillamp slides out left etc.] application is simply the matter of shoving the new lamp in.

I have a 98 4runner limited and It has a power antenna, I recently replaced the mast for it and it's pretty easy to replace the antenna it self. not sure about the euro ,but I know that it's pretty easy to take off the motor (if you can get under the panel) and just replace it with a normal antenna
Find the appropriate size socket to go on the belt tensioner, put it on a ratchet or breaker bar. Rotate the belt tensioner counterclockwise, and that'll loosen the slack and allow you to remove the serpentine belt.
