∙ 11y agoThe decoupage I am familiar with is pretty much like Elmer's glue and is water based unless sealed. See if you can dampen the surface and get the paste to soften and scrape off. Otherwise treat it like you would paint. Get a good stripping product and strip the decoupage the same way.
