First pop out the door lock switch cover plate and remove the 7mm screw behind it. There is also a 10mm screw behind the door pull. Remove it. Pop out the door latch cover and remove it. Remove the triangular trim piece that covers the mirror access at the lower front window pane. Pry it off with a small flat screwdriver. Be careful not to break it. The tangs are just plastic. Lift the door panel straight up about 2 inches and it should come free of the door itself. There are several electrical connection that need to be disconnected. These have a snap-lock tab on one or both sides. Talke care not to break these too.
